Samsung debuted the Galaxy Note 10 series with Android 9 onboard. The phones in the lineup received the Android 10 update in early 2020, the Android 11 update in late 2021, and the Android 12 update in late 2022. The Galaxy Note 10 and the Galaxy Note 10+ did not get the Android 13 update.

So it won't be getting any further major update. Just security update every 3 months nost probably.

Removing patch won't be any helpful in OS updates.

It running on 11, after removing patch and returning to phone status 'official' will it not get andriod 12 as it is available for this phone?

But at the monent it is running on android 11 and i think it should update to 12 as you mentioned it got the 12 late 22.
