One UI 2 upgrade with Android 10 for Note 9

I haven't received the One UI 2 upgrade with Android 10 for my Galaxy Note 9. While the official list from Samsung states that the update has already been sent in January 2020.

I haven't even received the security update. The last time I received was October 2019.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

fingerprint tou mra phly b sahi tha ab b sahi ha bhai ap fingerprint dobara set karain thora right thora mid or thora left per kar k karo ho haye ga set msry pass kisi cheez ka issue nai battery timming awsm with my own settings 🙂

here i have same issue with my Note 9 in Afghanistan. i contact with samsung official site they said it will come but users must wait for it. maybe at the end of this month. not only you bro all Afghanistan members who using Note 9 they didnt got new update version 10.

I have faced the same issue but back up your data with smart switch to pc. Factory data reset the mobile. Before restoring data update the software manually and it will be updated. Then restore.
