Go settings > connections >mobile networks > then enable volte tick .. if volte call service works correctly your phone you can see volte icon top on your display (Like wife icon )
if not works : go to settings > about phone > status > sim card settings > now look your phone ims registered device ..If your phone already registered no problem ,,if not ,try to contact nearest mobile customer care center ..
