Note 10 plus touch screen not responding...

I have a note 10 plus and facing touch issue. Suddenly the touch disappears and than after turning the screen off than on it starts to work..This happened 3 to 4 times. Is my screen dying?? Plz answer.

As i told all of a sudden the touch vanishes

Are you using a screen protector?

But i have peeled that off

Then turn on tuch sensitivity on display settings
