Note 10+ Turns on

Note 10+ Turns on when i Put it on 25W charger. Is it some issue or Normal? Or how i can fix it?

Don't use that charger otherwise you may burn you charging ic.
Charger is not compatible or some malfunction.
Don't go for fast charging. Use battery protection by charging by 85%

Its still turning On , on most of chargers i used.

If it's the same after changing the chargers and cables, try fast charging on or off and check. If the problem persists then it's charging port.
