Network Speed Monitor?

Is there any option to display network speed in status bar??? As such builtin feature?

Because 3rd party apps causes battery drain and ads etc. 

So, is samsung able to do that??? Its an essential feature that uses like and want in their phone. 

It should be in UI 3.1 and also in all upcoming updates. 

There should be an update for all devices to display the network speed update. 

Is it possible for Samsung developers??? Or they can't do that?
