My touch screen is not working but stylus is working perfect on my Note-9

Suddenly my touch screen is not working although stylus is working perfect. There is no screen break, water etc issues.

I think there is some issue in software upgrade.

Please anyone help me to sort out this issue. Thanks!

they said touch need to replace and i told them that touch is ok then they said motherboard have some problems need to replace but actually they are wrong.

this is software bug and it will be fixed after new patch. waiting for this so do you know how can i expedite this issue .. i mean which platform. thanks!
