Monthly Security Patches is not received

I have galaxy note 8 sm n950f 

I received last security pathe in may after that im not able to update 

Evry time i go to manually update option its pop up you are currently up to date on the other hand sammobiles.com said September scurity pathes are released for 950f

reset your all settings to factory default it may help you and resolve the issue

then maybe somehow your phone's software is corrupted by some malware software

i got 1st September security patch on 2nd October just 2 days ago! don't know why was checking daily and got update 1 month late.

but im still unable to get any update
my last security patch 1st of may after that no update
