Security Patch update not received

Samsung has rolled out November security patch For note 9 Or S9 Family but mine note 9 has not still received any of the october security patch its still showing the last security patch of january 2019!

i dont know what the problem is!
before knowing that problem I had reset my device almost 1 month ago.Yesterday i wanna Try to Click Software update and this arrived after that i went to google and desperately see that the new patch has already been Arrived for s9 ur note 9 but mine not got yet!

can you please tell me that..For example if my note has not original software version mean..copy firmware so that might be it is not getting onward? but i checked each and everything about this issue everywhere it si showing Original software!

pre installed un officials software can not take update from Samsung server.

samsung provide updates only registered software there is number already saved in Samsung server.

for more verification please try to use smart switch on computer and connect mobile via cable than check smart switch catches new software
