Jio 5G SA will not support

Hi everyone, 

I have written to samsung support team and received below response that states our Note 20 ultra 5G (exynos varient) will not support jio 5G SA network. 

This feels like we have been cheated.

Yes sir we are curiously working on it so that we can provide satisfactory resolution to all the customers.

Sure sir we have already kept it on high priority so that your issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Sir as I can chcek your issue is already highlighted and you need to wait for 48 hours they will revert you back soon.

Yeah it's like bloody they only don't have any information which 5g bands this device supports.
I have asked for it and they were like totally blank asking me to check on website and fun fact this device details doesn't even show up on Samsung india official website . No details on Phone box either so it's like we are hanging in there with no hope of getting any responses with proper information from them

Yeah bro...on Indian website...it show note 20...but can't go to ultra section...im fed up with this

Jio uses N28 and n78 both of which Indian model have...from samsung website
