How to connect my watch with two phone?

I have got two samsung phones and one watch. Is there any way to connect my both phones (Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) with my Galaxy Watch 3?

Yes it's possible.

but it only connects with one phone at a time. I am using my watch with 20Ultra and note 10 plus. I select the watch in wearable app of the phone I want to use. other phone disconnects automatically.

Yes I need to connect it with both the phones so I can get the notification from both the phones.
