Fast charging issue

Sir i am using note8 from last 3 year i have bought it new but now its fast changing is not working properly.. how to identify that problem in the charging base or in the charger? Kindly guide me pLz

It's due to high temperature in summer
If you want to see fast charging then charge it an turn on ac at 20c and don't use phone then see 2 mints 1% charging
