Discoloration

Just from yesterday night??? Is your screen stops when your set the brightness to middle and screen drags??

No screen is not stoping, only the color of screen turns to greenish yellow with horizontal lines when brightness is set in the middle,but when brightness is on low side or high side the screen seems fine.
Why is this happening ?
