Air actions are not working on Galaxy Note 10

Always it is showing s pen is disconnected. Even reset s pen option also not working. Could any one help me. I tried the safe mode as well, but same result. Please help. I hardly used this SPen before. But I really need it now.

Did you try the factory reset? Did it work?

tries what was mentioned in here but it didn't work. may be I need to try with another s pen. so should look for a person who use a Note 10.
