So many users complain that M02 is yet to recieve Android 12. It seems to be a region specific update right now. M02 is definitely eligible for the update. But right now SL has not received the update as of yet. Hopefully soon

Many users have expressed frustration that the M02 device has not yet received the Android 12 update. It appears to be a limited release at this time, but the M02 is certainly capable of running the update.
Currently, the update has not been rolled out in Sri Lanka, but users are hopeful that it will be available soon.
