M21 AUTO RESTART PROBLEM

♠️ මගෙ M21 phone එක වැඩ කර කර ඉද්දි auto restart වෙනවා මේ problem 1 ආව තව අය ඉන්නවද? ✋

• Reset app preference settings,
Settings > Apps > Tap three dots on top right corner > Reset App preference > Reset

• Check for software updates

• Scan for malware of apps from Play Store,
Play store > Profile > Manage Apps and games> Scan apps for security

• Turn off Restart Automation,
Settings > Battery and Device care > Tap three dots in top right corner > Automation > Turn off Auto Restart at Set Times

• Clear Wipe Cache Partition,
1) Turn off the device
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device

• Check Device Functions,
Samsung Members App > Get Help Tab > Go to Phone Care > Automatic Checks
