Hello,i am new android user.i have a query.when ever my phone is locked and i receive a call it goes into the background after few seconds if i don't pick it up and then i have to unlock the phone to pick up the call, henceforth i would much appreciate if any one can help me to find its solution

Please check if you battery is in Power Saving mode. If yes then turn it off.

u must have changed any settings. this doesn't happen in the default settings.

change the settings to default.
