Galaxy A71 Poor Battery performance (time)

Samsung worst ever battery time in the history of samsung. I had been a note user but I switched to A70 just to experience due to it's elegant appearance.Last week I bought A71 as it's fabulously designed but it really disappointed me due to it's very poor battery performance. Twice a day charging, average 20% battery drainage in 2 hours on standby mode with out even touching my phone. I have a lot to write but don't know it will be fruitful to write you or not. Please share your views if it really does matter to samsung about retaining brand advocates.

i guess there must be an issue with the phone or the battery. use those settings which saves battery.

if this is not helping then reset your phone.

i have a51 n it's giving more than than 1.5 days on normal usage. and a71 has better battery
