Currently no solution for it. But Samsung may include it in android 10 update.

Go to Notification Settings > Status Bar and there you can turn off notifications on lock screen.

dear it is very simple method just go to your Mobile's Settings>Lock Screen>Notifications then you can adjust your Notifications Settings of your Choice. Screenshot is Attached.

if you click to Notifications then these options appear for you.

& if you just uncheck this Option then all Notifications for Lock Screen will be Turned Off. Screenshot Attached
