mic Not working on a call while on loudspeaker

I recetly bought galaxy a51...everything is good but when i make a call and put on loudspeaker, reciver can not listen to my voice so i have to use the phone against my ear piece...

It is easier to use loudspeaker sometime but it seems my phone mic on loudspeaker is not working..

Any ideas how to fix it ??

Hi,
My Samsung a31 loudspeaker doesn't work during call or other side when I switch off the loud button phone works perfectly .I am facing problem in loud speaker . Please help me to resolve issue

if its not plastic cover then look for the dirt :)

On my F62, there is a small hole on top which I had no idea that it's a mic and somehow covered that. Uncovering it resolved the issue.

Sure, I also had a plastic coating applied to my phone. I encountered an issue where the other person couldn't hear me during speaker calls. After reading some comments, I noticed only a small hole at the top of my phone was covered by the coating. I used a pin to create a hole in that spot, and that fixed the problem.
