I recently purchased galaxy a32 . All functions are going great except biometric #fingerprint sensor 

 . Sometime it opens .mostly it says no match .

 thumb is clean every time i try to open. Also not using a screen protector. Is there any option to fix it?. 

Or kingly update the speed or version
