call recording

My A51 does not records call.i use 3rd party app because there is no built in option,but even then #call #records with no voice. I think #microphone can only be used by one app at a time thats why the call record app dosent record #sound. 

Kindly 

1. Add a built in option to record call 

2. Or update sytem to allow multi usage of single services at a time e.g #call_recorder can use microphone while i am on call, or sending  a voice note on whatsapp during a call

Hi, Thank you for your interest. Currently this facility is not available by Samsung.

Well, it's a daily's need. it should be included to facilitate customers to keep them using samsung
