Galaxy AHello Samsung community
I have been using Samsung A52s for three years. After the latest update on my phone, it got "WHITE VERTICAL LINE" on its display. Afterwards, I went to the nearest Samsung Service Center. They asked me to change phone's display, which costs me 40 thousand Pakistan rupee. How can I be compensated for this because my phone's display got the damage without being physically damaged.

This is a common issue that happened to many other mobile manufacturers also and only OnePlus compensated for it.
There is nothing you can do regardless of changing the screen.
It's a hardware-related issue.
But you may also consider waiting for an update...maybe it can be resolved by samsung through an update (But chances are low).

Wow
Samsung introduced vertical lines issues to A5s too 😅. Same happened with s20 series, after 2 years of usage they pushed this issue by Software update. Now it's time for A52s.
I'm using A52s and now I'm afraid too.
