This isn't on my phone but my friend searched up his problem and it didn't come up so I'm trying here for him. So if anyone calls him even though he has WiFi (and it works and the person has WiFi and it works) it won't go through, the same with messages, he opens WhatsApp and the messages and calls go through. I told him to put whatsapp in the never sleeping apps but that didn't work
Yes ,have a backup, then do it I had this issue, when after I used to transfer all data from my S9+ to S23Ultra by smartswitch. NO notification received 😕, so I rest my settings, for you if its only what's app ,use clear data
