WhatsApp call voice problem in A06

I have recently purchased Samsung A06. Call voice quality is very bad and inaudible. However, if i turn on speaker, voice quality becomes good. Voice quality is good on normal network calls but very bad on WhatsApp call. This is a big messed up thing.

Can someone suggest solution of this problem?

I purchased A06 for my cousin, he is facing problem to see videos on Facebook. I checked all Settings are OK. But videos aren't playing normally.

Jis whatsapp per ap voice bhejna cha rahi.
1.Us k icon per click kar k rakhain then.
2.right side per info (i) per click karen.
3. Then permission wali option main jain then.
4. Microphone aur music & audio ko allow karain.

Same problem with mine. But now resolved by removing transparent plastic coating as it hinders the noice cancellation.

I was having the same issue with my mother's phone. If your mobile have a jerry/jelly cover which is the transparent coating on the back and sides of the phone to save from scratches. Just remove it from the top of the sensor and it will work fine.
