WhatsApp call voice problem in A06

I have recently purchased Samsung A06. Call voice quality is very bad and inaudible. However, if i turn on speaker, voice quality becomes good. Voice quality is good on normal network calls but very bad on WhatsApp call. This is a big messed up thing.

Can someone suggest solution of this problem?

Have updates many times, even uninstalled and reinstalled. But of no use.

Or try some other network or wifi
