Dear Samsung Support Team, 
I recently purchased two Samsung smartphones, the Galaxy A06 and Galaxy A25 5G, for my family, as we have always been loyal Samsung users. However, we are facing a frustrating issue when trying to register our camera biometric fingerprints registration process with banking apps in pakistan. The problem occurs during the initial biometric registration process, where the app scans all fingers (left and right hand) to register the device. This step fails repeatedly, displaying a "Try again" message. Please note that this is not related to biometric authentication for signing in but rather the initial registration of camera biometric fingerprints using camera flash within the banking apps. This issue is not present on flagship models like the Galaxy S21 Ultra, where the process works smoothly. Given the importance of banking security and accessibility, we request your technical team to investigate and resolve this matter at the earliest. Your prompt assistance in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
