Online Biometric Verification Failure

I bought a new phone, Samsung Galaxy A06 Yesterday on 10th of March 2025, when I tried to log in my digital banking applications, it's failed while verifying my biometrics online, requires for login on new device. So what can be the problem and how can I fix that.

Why would you buy such an old and weak phone you should have gotten at least A15 or a16

This is not a logical answer. Ask Samsung why would they make low tier phone.

Ensure complete logout from your previous phone and uninstall the banking application. Then, verify the fingerprint reader is functioning correctly; re-register your fingerprint and retry the transaction.

Unlinked your previous device with your account and then tried again. You have to call CS to Unlinked it.

Same is happening with me. I installed EasyPaisa on my phone. When it comes to biometric part, given them fingerprints failed. It says " fingerprint recognition failed"
I've called easypaisa helpline they asked me to come over to their franchise for recognition. Let's see.
