According to Sammobile, it will NOT be receiving the update.
As per the website, "Samsung's Galaxy A32 5G came out in early 2021 with Android 11. It got the Android 12 update later that year and the Android 13 update in late 2022. But it won't be getting the Android 14 update that's out for a bunch of Samsung phones and tablets."
