Charging Issue

My mobile battery is not charging after the software update. Whenever I connect it to the charger, the charging starts turning on and off.

Charging problem after new software update...

Your phone became too hot
Disconnect your power
Stop fast charging
Cool down it first then may for while turn your phone off
Check your adapter and power cable whether they are working perfectly with other device

I have adopted all these techniques. But this has started happening since the software update on June 19. Previously, this did not happen at all on the old software.

I have A15 as well. It is not having such issues.
Try different charger and cable.

Try any other adapter and cable
If issue not resolved then might your phone's battery damaged if so visit service centre or any other repairing shop
