Touch problem when Type C handsfree connected

Hi there,

I have brand new Samsung A15 phone, when I connect type-C handsfree to my phone, my phone touch in not working normally, disturbance created while using touch. If anyone has solution kindly mention here. Thanks

First diagnose using members app. The screen is completely frozen, or just the touch is not working.

And if it is new you better go to dealer and tell them.
