Sound and notification

I am unable to change my ringtone as sound and notifications has stopped working it gives an error of app has stop working. Is someone facing same issue in samsung A14 . Any guidance ???

If it is a specific app, then try reinstalling that app. If happening with all the apps, try doing a factory reset.
