Software update issue

Samsung a30 has always show that "your software is up to date"

But it is not ...

He receive last January 2020 updates and after that he does not any update...

Any one explain how to fix it.

This is image appear everytime when i check software update..

I thought if android 11 release so then,can he will receive update or not??

I install and open smart switch but this also show that your software version is up to date.
