Software update issue

Samsung a30 has always show that "your software is up to date"

But it is not ...

He receive last January 2020 updates and after that he does not any update...

Any one explain how to fix it.

This is image appear everytime when i check software update..

I thought if android 11 release so then,can he will receive update or not??

dear mine also a30 but my update is November 2020

my friend also has samsung a30 but he receive all updates regularly.

instal smartswitch in ur pc or laptop then connect ur phone with this n update with this software

smartswitch samsung ka apna software hy ise pc ya laptop me instal karo google se download kar k phir data cable k sath mobile connect karo usme update ka option dayga wahan se aik bar update kar lo in sha allah next time khud se hoga update
