Software update error

Hi,

I'm trying to update my Samsung galaxy A31 since last 3months but system showing an "Failed to update firmware, visit a Samsung service center"

Please help me out from this issue. Even i have approx. 50Gb free memory of my phone.

hard reset yr phn

If the reset doesn't work. then you can manually update your phone with Odin. if you don't know how to manually update let me know i will guide you.

i have restore my phone and then tried to update. then I'm successful for updating my Samsung phone.
