Secure folder problem

 Secure Folder is not working. Whenever tried to move any photo or video it says

 " couldn't move items ". 

 What is solution of this problem?

Uninstal it and them again instal

It's not working for me too since 15 days. I am using link to windows

Bro you have to create a folder in Secure folder files and also in files out of Secure folder so you can move out everything from Secure folder and if you want to send do the same you can use download folder for this purpose this is happened because when their is no folder with same name available in Secure folder or in Main files manager.
