Secure folder not creating

Hi can someone help me ,I buy a new samsung a05 so I'm trying to create secure folder but it's not creating 😔 is says "If this keeps happening, contact customer care" can someone tell what is the exact issue / fault with my phone

Agr packing me liya hai to phir ye issue nai hona chahiye. Samsung account login kiya hai is me ? Or samsung pass ko open kr k dekho agr ye sahi work krta to then secure folder b sahi ho jaye ga. Agr pass bhi koi issue krta hai to phir hoskta k mobile refubished ho ya packing orignal nai hogi.
