Screen flickering issue After Update

After Samsung update my mobile screen starts flickering . I'm facing this issue for about an year now and i didn't find any solution . Screen flickering issue suddenly starts after update an year ago . No internal / screen damage has been done to My phone  . Can i get the solution from here ? Anyone ?
