SAMSUNG A16 SOFTWARE TOUCH ISSUES.

Hi.

I have recently bought samsung a16 which is behaving strange sometimes it has touch issues and it becomes slow and when lock my phone and unlock it. It becomes ok. Also when playing some reels on facebook videos becomes laggy. Also please guide what was the recent update on samsung a16. Mine showing 1st jan patch. Pls help!

Try to restart... if not works then reset setting...

Thank u for ur response i already reset my phone 2 times same issue. I guess its the software which is glitched.

I have also A16 at my side when i receive any SMS or WhatsApp message my A16 lockscreen doesn't turn on just ring and vibrate

Can u plz guide me my a16 shows last update which was on 1st january. What update do you have?

My phone also does when i unlock it and tap on whatsapp my touch holds up like when you hold an app to move like that idk why
