Samsung Galaxy A26 5G

I ordered Samsung Galaxy A26 5G on 22 April 2025 through Samsung E-Store. 

I am facing many issues since i bought it.

Main issues with the phone.

> It's battery have some issue. May be due to software. Sometimes it's battery drain very fast at night. Infact my phone switched off itself due to overnight battery drain. In 1 week it happened two times. Battery 29 to 0 and 82 to 45% othertime it's drain normal like 0 to 3% like my old phone. 

>Usually glitch while opening Apps.

> Sometimes Apps closed and didn't open again for while. 

> Today it's heating too much infact i switched it off, it is without any reason like excessive use and temperature is also normal due to rain in Lahore. 

Other Issues which are not acceptable at this price range. I am just comparing it my Samsung Galaxy A22 4G (2021) 4 year old model.

> It doesn't have Always on display infact my old A22 have it.

>Camera quality is not that good. Colour production is not that ok.

>I even don't get spot light notification on off screen infact it is not light up for new WhatsApp messages and other notifications. 

>Screen Colours are not as realistic as on my 4 years old A22. Settings are same. I dont know why thy have compromised on these things with double price range.

Brother u should go too Samsung services center and tell these problems too them battery life is not good may be it's be good after updates.

Good but it is all due to unstable software which is UI 7

I think that there may be a problem. Factory reset your phone and then use this device .

I'm facing the same issue with the battery! loses battery while idle. I'm not impressed with the battery performance; it should at least last a whole day on a single charge. my Samsung A15 had better battery life than this phone.
