Real-time Network speed needed

Why does Samsung not bring real-time network speed features in Samsung phone. 

I you want Samsung to add this feature in mobile phones kindly vote for it.

Is there way to add that feature in android 13 or 14

It was available in 12 as I remember, but I did use it because of battery drain.
