Ram Plus

I recently bought a A05s and the ad said it can go up to 12GB of ram with Ram Plus 

But when I open Ram Plus it can only go up to 4GB Of ram 

Please help:(

It's not possible.

I don't know which ad you're talking about. But they normally advertise RAM+ by including physical RAM in it. So if your phone has 6GB RAM and it 4GB RAM+, then they will advertise "with up to 10GB of RAM"

****with RAM PLUS and if you zoom in this picture and read the second line at the end of the picture. You will see it says 4/6GB model will get same amount of RAM plus based on the physical RAM
