Galaxy A07 – Apps Refreshing Issue

I am using a Samsung Galaxy A07 (4GB RAM). I am facing a serious multitasking issue on my device.

Whenever I minimize any app and open another one, the previous app refreshes automatically when I return to it. This happens with all apps (browser, forms, Facebook, Office apps, etc.), even after disabling battery optimization, power saving, and enabling RAM Plus.

Due to this issue, it is very difficult to fill online forms or switch between apps. This seems to be an aggressive RAM management or software optimization problem in One UI.

Turn off ram plus and unrestricted the apps that u dont want to kill in background than it will be better and feel less jitters
