Proof of warranty for samsung phone?

Is the first call is the proof of warranty or not?

Everyone says first call date is your warranty date

I went to samsung customer service they are saying you are out of warranty 2 months ago..and my first call is 15/4/2022

Then maybe your set is repacked from retailer. They bought the phones in bulk quantity and there is some given time by Samsung to start the warranty with in the given period so they make the first call to activate the warranty. Might be that's the reason
