Problem fingerprint Sensor cannot respond

Please anybody tell me there is any problem in new update or may my mobile have hardware problem.? Samsung A21s fingerprint sensor is not working after update nee software.

I restart my mobile many times fingerprint sensor worked for few minutes then again not respond
