Problem about app notification badge

I am having a problem that when I swipe the notifications bar the icon badge also disappear. I want that icon badge on apps. I have done all the settings but problem isn't solving. Can anybody guide me to fix this problem?

Go to notifications settings and see is it an enable

Every setting related to this is on . I don't know why this is happening

So the only option left is to not swipe the notification
