Object cut out feature is missing 😔

Object cut out feature is only feature for which I'm excited but unfortunately its missing in one u.i 5.1 update for Samsung A71

Actually I installed it on A32 manually
You can too on a71 by doing this

100% safe there's nothing wrong you're just installing an application and using
I did this for my a32
