Notification issue

The notifications are not showing for the wake up screen...galaxy a16...read so many articles and everyone said to download an app...crazy a big name has this issue about wake up screen for the notofication

Go to notification And try to reset all the setting

Go to Apps in Settings > 3 dot Icon on top right > special Access > Full Screen Alerts > Enable for Whatsapp or any other app you need

Yes they were all enabled already ...tried going in the app as well for their specific notification settings ..didn't help..

Had to install glimpse notification app

Same issue i faced when i buy A16 few weeks ago Google message app didn't turn on lock screen but Samsung default SMS will turn on when sms receive not any other app like WhatsApp,Gmail, etc...
Hope so next update will fix
