Hello everyone,
I’m facing a new problem with my Samsung A17 and I really need help.
For the last two days, my phone was working fine. But now, whenever I try to use the phone (especially while making payments), the notification bar keeps pulling down by itself. I push it up, and it immediately slides down again. It keeps happening repeatedly until I restart the phone. After restarting, it becomes normal.
Earlier, my phone also had a problem where the screen colors suddenly changed like it was pressed. Restarting would fix that too.
Now both issues keep happening randomly.
Has anyone faced this before?
Is this a hardware problem like ghost touch or display damage, or is it a software issue?
What should I do?

The grey screen thing happens with my A17 too but rarely.
As for the notification panel look in the settings. You might have turned this setting on - swipe down for notification panel.

The grey screen thing feels like a software glitch. As far as I remember after the recent patch update it hasn't happened again. Make sure your phone is updated. Moreover you can check your display and system software via Samsung member's diagnostic tool
