Notification issue

After updating to 5.1 . 

Notifications from any application do not store/shown at notification panel. Just the pop up comes and go like normal but does not stay in notification panel. A restart helps for a while, then it goes back to same problem. Even during the call, the notification does not show on the panel to mute, end or put on speaker. It is just blank

Solved :
You use LockDown mode, each time you activate it, notification disappears.
In UI4.1, after unlocking everything worked fine, notification appeared.

But in UI5.x , there's an issue/bug, after using lockdown mode, even unlocking your device doesn't bring notifications at all. All notifications don't show in panel. To get notifications back, you have to restart your device.

Solution : just open Secure Folder, all your notifications will begin to appear. This is the only solution.
